At Blethyn & Co, we carefully prepare and pack each order with care and attention. Many of our products are handcrafted, individually sourced, delicate, or limited in availability, and as a small independent business we do not operate on an automated warehouse system.
Order Processing Times
Please allow approximately 1–5 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched, excluding weekends and public holidays.
While many orders are dispatched sooner, processing times may occasionally be longer during busy periods, seasonal launches, promotions, or holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping service selected at checkout and your location. Tracking information will be provided where applicable.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at the time of ordering, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Blethyn & Co is a small independent business, not a mass fulfilment retailer. We genuinely appreciate your patience and support whilst we carefully prepare your order. We are not Amazon — your parcel is packed by real people, often alongside tea, packing paper, and occasional mild chaos. ✨
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery services are handled by the courier or postal provider. Whilst we will always do our best to assist, delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, strikes, or carrier issues remain outside our control.
If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will gladly help wherever possible.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, taxes, or local handling fees applied by their own country.
