EU Returns Policy

EU customer returns and cancellation rights

This section applies to customers in the European Union.

For most online purchases, EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with any tags attached and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we have sent the wrong item.

The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to all products. Excluded items include:

• personalised, custom-made or special-order items

• perishable items

• sealed personal care, bath, body or hygiene products once opened, used, or unsealed

• gift cards

• items that have been used, damaged, altered, or are not returned in their original condition

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@blethynandco.com so we can put this right.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
