International Returns Policy

This policy applies to international orders shipped outside the United Kingdom and European Union, including orders sent to the USA, Canada, Australia and other international destinations.

Change-of-mind returns

For international orders outside the UK and EU, we accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with any tags attached and in its original packaging.

Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service. We cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

Customs charges, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees or local handling charges are not refunded by Blethyn & Co.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@blethynandco.com.

Please include your order number and photographs of the problem where possible.

If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will put this right. This may include a replacement, refund, or return instructions.

This does not affect any consumer rights you may have under applicable local law.

Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These include:

  • personalised, custom-made or special-order items

  • perishable items

  • gift cards

  • sale or clearance items

  • sealed personal care, bath, body or hygiene products once opened, used, or unsealed

  • hazardous, flammable or restricted items, unless we have specifically agreed the return

  • items that have been used, damaged, altered, or are not returned in their original condition

Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item can be returned.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for international orders.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be made to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the refund. Your bank, card provider or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
